From my point of view, there is no bigger problem other than protecting the rights of people by justifying on what group people deserve equality and decide who seeks equity. As I experienced that there is a trend of bribery and nepotism or ultimately we call it as favouritism or corruption. Sharing my life experience, there have not been come across that sort of most challenging situation in my life, but there is an event which is unforgettable to me, the day when I passed my Higher Secondary education, I was awaited for result, and prepared myself for Pre-Medical Admission Test, my friends and colleagues were talking about their marks in Higher Secondary Examinations, I was also curious to see what would happen? one of a friend said, a group of people along with her get high marks by corruption to have a good grade, but I did not agree to make corruption, along with this my financial condition was not good at that time I refused because I believe on merit.
